Place your foot in a shoebox cover with your heel against the border, without bending the carton. Flatten the sole of your foot to the floor by shifting your weight forward.

Mark the front of your longest toe on the shoebox cover.

Measure the distance between your heel (shoebox border) and toe in centimetres for both feet and note the measurement of the longer foot.

It’s common for one of your feet to be ever so slightly bigger than the other. We’ll create the shoes according to the bigger size to ensure comfort. It’s normally a tiny amount, but these shoes are tailored to your feet, so it’s important for us to know. You can also position the postcard at 90 degrees to the shoe box lid (upright) and use the line to mark ta straight line with a pen.
